Wire Cutting

We currently have two Accutex wire cutters with the following specs:
Travel: X-axis 350mm Y-axis 250mm Z-axis 220mm
Plates can always be moved, to accommodate bigger jobs.
Submerged wire cutting with automatic wire feed.
Taper cutting up to 35 deg per side (up to 15mm thick) and 18 deg per side (at 100mm height).
Wire diameters between 0.10mm and 0.30mm are available for your needs.
The machine is equipped with the fine finish generator, which allows for an exceptional fine surface finish of up to Ra=0.25µm.
This reduces or even eliminates polishing time on plastic moulds or extrusion dies.
We also have a Fanuc wire cutter with the following specs:
Travel: X-axis 320mm Y-axis 500mm Z-axis 100mm

Taper cutting up to 3-5 deg per side.
